Attendance Policy
Consistent attendance to your scheduled therapy appointments is essential to get the most benefit. Therapists spend time planning and individualizing your one on one treatment sessions. This policy is designed out of respect for our therapists and our patients.
We kindly ask a 24 hour notice of all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. There is a $50 out of pocket charge for any late cancels or no shows payable at your next scheduled visit. This charge is not billed to insurance. Multiple cancellations or no shows will result in discharge from PT at the therapist’s discretion.
We understand that we cannot always control circumstances, and in the event of an emergency or inclement weather, More than Therapy will consider waiving the charge.
We look forward to working with you and helping you progress towards your goals. If you have any questions, please ask!
